The trend of die technology

Filed Under: Wheel Loader    by: construction machine

In the past decades, die and mould industry keep increasing with a speed of average 15%, and the forms of ownership in die and mould industry changed a lot.

With the ever-increasing integration with international companies, the competition among companies is more and more fiercer, manufacturers begin to realize the importance of the quality and cost of the products, and the manufacturing of the die is the most important link in the whole process. Now more and more die companies invest more money to increase die technology. Some die companies have popularized some software such as two-dimension CAD, UG, Pro/Engineer, I-DEAS, and so on.The trend of die technology

The development of the die technology should adapt to the following requests, we should short the manufacturing time and price, improve the precision and the quality of the product, in order to reach these requests, firstly, we should popularize the CAD, CAM, CAE technology, now according the development of the software, the condition for popularizing the CAD, CAM, CAE technology is ripe, all kinds of training centre are committed to teach workers how to operate the software, which makes the development of the software keep increasing. Secondly, the high speed milling technology gives rise to the change direction of the die and mould industry. The technology of high speed milling spreads all around abroad, this causes the increase of working efficiency and can get low surface roughness, which makes the development more agile, more intelligent.

Thirdly, better material and advanced surface processing technology, it is necessary to select choice steel and suitable surface processing technology to improve the life of the die, so when the trend of die’s heat treatment is through using vacuum technology.

Fourthly, the quality of die’s surface plays an important role in the life of the die, so it is a good idea to do research about grinding automatically and intelligently, which can replace manual operation.

Fifthly, the development of automatic manufacturing system in die and mould industry, this is the target for the long developing plan, automatic manufacturing system about die should combine more than one machine tools, the system should have location chuck, positioning plate, tool database, the entire numerical flexible synchronous system and quality-monitoring control system.

Above is the trend and current situation of die and mould industry.

Types Of Excavators Loaders

Excavators Loaders can be of two types: 1- Backhoe Loaders, and 2- Wheel Loaders.

Backhoe: A backhoe, also called a rear actor or back actor, is a piece of excavating equipment consisting of a digging bucket on the end of an articulated arm (also called a stick or dipper). Modern backhoes are powered by hydraulics. They are typically mounted on the back of a tractor or front loader. (Similar attachments for skid loaders are still called backhoes even though they are mounted on the front of the vehicle). A backhoe attached to a swiveling cab on top of tracks is called an excavator.

Backhoe Loader: Backhoe loader, also called a Loader backhoe, is an engineering vehicle, which consists of a tractor, front shovel\bucket and small backhoe in the rear. Due to its relatively small size and versatility, backhoe loaders are very common in urban engineering and small construction projects such as building a small house, fixing city roads etc.

A common backhoe-loader. The backhoe is on the right, the bucket/blade on the left. Invented in Burlington, Iowa in 1957 the Backhoe loader (note: this needs checking – may have been invented in the UK by Joseph Cyril Bamford, founder of JCB) is probably the most common variation of the classic farm tractor. As the name implies, it has a loader assembly on the front and a backhoe on the back. When both the loader and the backhoe are permanently attached it is almost never called a tractor, not generally used for towing and usually does not have a PTO. When the backhoe is permanently attached, the machine usually has a seat that can swivel to the rear to face the hoe controls. Removable backhoe attachments almost always have a separate seat on the attachment itself.

Their relatively small frame and precise control make backhoe-loaders very useful and common in urban engineering projects such as construction and repairs in areas too small for larger equipment. Their versatility and compact size makes them one of the most popular urban construction vehicles.

WHEEL LOADERS: Wheel Loader is a Front end loading machine. Wheel loader dig and as well as do secondary loading. Wheel loaders which do only secondary loading are called Pay Loaders. The Wheel loaders are classified according to there bucket size and operating weight. The bucket size ranges from 1 cum upwards. The Wheel loaders can be tyre mounted or track mounted. The more popular version being tyres.

A Wheel loader typically has semiautomatic or autometic transmition with autometic gear sifting. The power train will include engine, transmition, related propellar shaftes and powered axles at both front and rear.A typical hydrolic curcuit for implimentation will include fixed/variable displacement pumps, controll valves, and actuators for boom, arm and bucket operation. Normally the steering curcuit is kept separate from the impliment curcuit.

Tips on Buying Wheel Loaders

Just as I have mentioned again and again, buyers of anything cannot achieve to a good choice regardless of the effective-cost issue. To buy a wheel loader, we should also take both its applications and price into consideration. With so many brands and models of wheel loaders in the market, how can we choose the right one effectively and efficiently? The key point is to set up your own standard basing on your own needs. There are at least three steps we can take to set up such standards. Firstly, we should make an investigation about the loader industry, including their types as well as their cons and pros. Secondly, we should identify what applications we want to do with the equipment to be purchased. And thirdly of course, compare your investigation result with your needs and match them perfectly.

Investigate loader’s types and their cons and pros

Basically speaking, there are two types wheel loaders: standard and large. Understanding how these types function and knowing their purposes will help you in deciding which will best serve your purposes and which best suits your price range.

Standard (i.e. non-tracked) wheel loaders are usually less expensive to construct and maintain than tracked wheel loaders. The non-tracked design allows for greater speed and mobility, although the tradeoff is that they are not as stable or as able to operate in difficult terrain. The tracked design, on the other hand, is harder on the surface, whether paved roads or grass or other surfaces, and thus may not be appropriate to use in all circumstances. The primary advantage of tracks over wheels is the increased traction.

Wheel Loaders And Their Types

Filed Under: Wheel Loader    by: Hank

Today, I want to talk something about wheel loader, which topic I have never discussed before. Although the wheel loader is relatively new to the construction industry, it is used more and more in construction projects. And the wheel loader becomes so versatile that it is playing a necessarily role in today’s construction industry. So today I am very glad to tell you something about it, which I think can greatly enrich your knowledge about construction industry.

What wheel loaders are

Wheel loaders are equipments which are used in the construction project to pick up materials and waste and transfer to another type of machinery. They are generally like tractors which have a bucket connected to the arms which are used to loosen the materials before picking them up for transportation

Wheel loaders, as opposed to track loaders, have sturdy tires equipped with large, rugged tread that allows for optimum maneuverability.

Tractor Loaders

Wheel loaders have an advantage over track loaders, because wheel loaders are easier on paved roads and other sensitive environments. Track loaders are more suited to tasks that involve digging, because wheel loaders are unable to dig much below the tires without getting stuck. When a task involves transport or shallow excavation, wheel loaders are less destructive and therefore more efficient in the long term.

Types of wheel loaders and their applications

According to their sizes and shapes, wheel loaders can be defined as mini, small, large and super wheel loaders; skid steers; front-end loaders and backhoe loaders are the most common types of wheel loaders.

The front-end loader is used to pick up and move large quantities of dirt, sand and other materials quickly and efficiently from one location to another. The most common use of a front-end loader is to move materials off the ground into a container at a higher level of elevation, such as a truck. The bucket on the front can be either removable or a permanent fixture. Although the loaders with a removable system cost slightly more, they are very useful, as there are a wide range of accessories that can be attached to the front-end loader. Options include lift forks, bale grappler, snow plow or a clamshell bucket.

A backhoe loader is a piece of heavy construction equipment which actually marries two separate devices: a backhoe and a loader. Many contracting companies use backhoe loaders because they are powerful, efficient, fairly compact, and easier to maintain than two separate devices. Some consumers may be familiar with the sight of a backhoe loader, since the machines are frequently used for roadwork and major construction projects. Several companies dominate the market for backhoe loaders, including Case, Volvo, Caterpillar, and John Deere.
